One of my goals for the year was to increase my family’s physical activity! Because our lives are so hectic, we rarely have enough time to do anything else…which includes exercising! I’ll admit that there are days that my husband and I are so tired, that we have resulted to cartoon marathons to keep our kids entertained!

While there’s nothing wrong with watching cartoons, we started to rely on that a little too often which caused a significant decrease in our physical activity levels.

To be completely honest, I’ve never bought Khloe a flea and tick collar because I was afraid that the collars wouldn’t fit her tiny neck.
