With all of the stresses of everyday life, it’s important that we take some time for ourselves and sit back, and relax! While spending the day at an expensive spa sounds fabulous, not all of us can afford the luxury of a day at the spa or even have the time! Give yourself a pedicure/manicure.

As your spa day comes to an end, pour yourself a nice cup of calming tea! I love to add a little lavender to my tea because it’s so soothing and relaxing! As you sip on your tea, allow yourself to relax on reflect on your fabulous spa day!
