How to Make Warm Grape, Brussels Sprouts, & Walnut Salad


Start by trimming and slicing the Brussels sprouts and cutting the grapes in half. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Add in the Brussels sprouts and grapes. Cook for about 4-6 minutes or until the sprouts are bright green. Season with salt and pepper to taste and remove from the heat. Sprinkle a few
walnuts on top before serving and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 & ½ lbs Brussels sprouts trimmed and thinly sliced
  • 1 cup red California grapes cut in half
  • 1/3 cup chopped walnuts
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the olive oil. Add in the Brussels sprouts and grapes. Cook for about 4-6 minutes or until the sprouts are bright green.
