Simple Garlic Roasted Chickpeas

Ingredients

  • 2 cans of chickpeas
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt/pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Lightly spray a baking sheet with non-stick spray and set aside.
  3. Rinse chickpeas in cold water and remove the skin from the chickpeas. Thoroughly dry chickpeas and place them on the baking sheet.
  4. Drizzle the chickpeas with olive oil, and sprinkle garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and paprika on top. Season with salt/pepper to taste.
  5. Bake for approximately 20-25 minutes, or until chickpeas reach your desired texture.
  6. When done, remove from oven and let cool before serving.
  7. Enjoy!
