Decadent Chocolate Covered Strawberry Overnight Oats

  • ½ cup oats
  • ½ unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • ¼ cup fresh strawberries sliced
  • Optional: whipped cream chocolate drizzle, chocolate morsels for toppings
  • Optional: 1 tbsp sugar if you would like sweeter oats


  1. In a jar (or container with a lid), add all ingredients except for strawberries and optional items. Mix well and seal with lid. Optional: Add 1 tbsp of sugar if you would like sweeter oats. Refrigerate overnight (or for at least a few hours to soften oats).

  2. Top with strawberries. For a truly decadent treat, top with whipped cream, chocolate drizzle, and chocolate morsels.
  3. Enjoy!
