No-Bake Greek Yogurt Peanut Butter Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made, chocolate cookie pie crust
  • 1 1/4 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp International Delight® REESE’S® Peanut Butter Cup
  • 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup peanut butter morsels, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla

For Topping (Optional)

  • REESE'S Peanut Butter Cups, crushed

Instructions

  1. Set pie crust aside.

  2. Add all ingredients (Except crushed REESE'S Peanut Butter Cups) to a blender or food processor, and blend until mixture is smooth.

  3. Pour mixture into pie crust and spread evenly with a spatula.

  4. If desired, add crushed REESE'S Peanut Butter Cups on top of pie and place in refridgerator. Let set overnight or for about 2 hours until firm.

  5. Enjoy!
