Set pie crust aside.
Add all ingredients (Except crushed REESE'S Peanut Butter Cups) to a blender or food processor, and blend until mixture is smooth.
Pour mixture into pie crust and spread evenly with a spatula.
If desired, add crushed REESE'S Peanut Butter Cups on top of pie and place in refridgerator. Let set overnight or for about 2 hours until firm.
