Earlier this year, I made a promise to incorporate some much-needed self-care days during the week. I am proud to say that I’ve kept my promise! I’ve been taking trips to the spa, and I’ve even set special times for meditation!
I had no idea how much these self-care practices could impact my life in such a positive way! I feel more refreshed and more importantly, I feel happier! My latest self-care practice has included trying new beauty products, such as the Garden of Life Grass Fed Collagen Beauty Powder! You can find this product at your local health food store or on Amazon!
This product is amazing! I’ve never had anything like it before! As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, I am very particular about the products that I choose to add to my daily regimen, but this one is exceeds my expectations! Besides being keto certified & paleo friendly, Garden of Life Collagen has some amazing benefits!
Garden of Life Collagen Beauty Powder contains 12g of grass-fed & pasture-raised collagen peptides that are highly absorbable. It has powerful organic plant-based collagen builders that help to support radiant skin, gorgeous hair & beautiful nails! It also contains 1.5 Billion CFU probiotics for enhanced digestion! Now you can see why I call this product AMAZING!!
You can easily add a scoop of the Garden of Life Collagen Beauty Powder to any beverage, but I decided to take things up a notch and created these yummy Creamy Berry Lemonade Beauty Popsicles!
Yep, that’s right, a popsicle that actually provides beauty and wellness benefits! These popsicles are perfect for summer and they were very easy to make! The recipe only required 4 ingredients!
I added my Garden of Life Collagen Beauty Powder, strawberry Greek yogurt, fresh fruit, and water to a blender and blended until smooth. I like to keep a few pieces of fruit visible in my pops, so I only blended my mixture for about 2 minutes. Then, I poured the mixture into my popsicle molds and placed them in the freezer to set.
Once these Creamy Berry Lemonade Beauty Popsicles were completely frozen, I removed the pops from the molds! To make this process easier, I dipped the molds into warm water. This makes is easier to remove the molds without messing up the popsicles.
These Creamy Berry Lemonade Beauty Popsicles were absolutely delicious! The Greek yogurt made them super creamy and complimented the flavors of the Garden of Life Collagen Beauty Powder and fruit perfectly! This is definitely going to be my “go-to” Summer treat!
