So, I did a thing…I WROTE MY VERY FIRST COOKBOOK. I still can’t believe that I am making this announcement, but after a LOT of hard work behind the scenes for the past several months, I’m so excited to finally announce that The Complete Book of Healthy Smoothies is here!!

This book contains more than 100 of my tried-and-true smoothie recipes that can be used as a meal replacement, for energy balance, and so much more. This book will be your new best friend because it is NOT a diet book, and its completely judgement-free. It’s not about juicing or cleansing or drinking “healthy sludge” to cut calories. This book is for anyone looking to add a daily dose of nutrition in the form of a delicious drink into their lifestyle.

So, made you decide to write a book about smoothies???

I’m so glad you asked!! You may not know this about me, but I love creating smoothie recipes! I was even named the smoothie guru in college—and no, I’m not calling myself that to be braggadocious. My friends and family actually gave me that name when I began creating quick and easy smoothie recipes as a healthy breakfast option.

I would put together some elaborate fruit and vegetable combinations, and they would always turn out tasty. They were also nutritious and a much better meal or snack option than those meals purchased during impromptu fast-food visits.

As a busy mom, smoothies play an important role in my life! Between jobs, school, family life, and other important priorities, spending several hours in the kitchen preparing an elaborate meal is just not always practical, which is why I incorporate smoothies into my daily diet regimen. I’ve also started including smoothies into they’re daily diet regimen!
