What could be better than these super easy, no-bake Vegan Chocolate Coconut Bliss Balls? They are filled with a ton of nutrients, including a great source of immune-boosting ingredients*!
Whenever I think about boosting my immune system, I always think about pouring a glass of orange juice. While orange juice can be a great choice, there are other options available that can provide you with immune support and keep you satisfied in between meals, and can be a nice change up from that glass of OJ. Lately, my favorite immune-boosting recipe has been these Vegan Chocolate Coconut Bliss Balls!
These Vegan Chocolate Coconut Bliss Balls are naturally sweetened with dates and they are super fudgy and flavorful thanks to the cocoa and coconut. They are the perfect solution for a quick and easy snack, especially if you’re looking for a tasty way to help boost your immune system*!

HOW TO MAKE VEGAN BLISS BALLS
These Vegan Chocolate Coconut Bliss Balls were super easy to make. Start by adding the cocoa and oats to a food processor and process for about 20- 30 seconds until finely chopped.
Next add in the dates, coconut oil, and 4 scoops of the Chaga Immune* Elixir. Process for about 2 minutes or until the mixture is well blended.
The mixture should be sticky enough to form into balls. You can test this by squeezing it between your fingers. The mixture should stay together, but not stick to your hands, or fall apart.
If the mixture is not staying together that well, add a little more coconut oil and process it again. If the mixture is too sticky, you can add in a few more oats and re-blend.
Once the mixture is ready, form into 1 & ½ inch balls and place each ball onto a plate, or a baking sheet covered in parchment paper.
Then, on a separate plate, add the shredded coconut. Press each ball, one at a time, into the coconut with a little pressure until it sticks to all sides. Transfer them to an airtight container and store in the fridge for up to a week.
These Vegan Chocolate Coconut Bliss Balls are such a delicious way to boost your immune system! And they are super convenient — making them the perfect, on-the-go, treat!
