When I was younger, I always looked forward to Halloween! I loved dressing up in costumes, filling my belly with candy, and visiting several haunted houses! Now that I’m older—not much has changed lol! But now that I have a family, I look forward to sharing some of my traditions and Halloween excitement with them!

One of my favorite things to do—besides cooking, is decorating! I absolutely LOVE decorating my home for the holidays. And since we’ve recently finished up a few home renovations, I was really excited to share some of my simple front porch decorating ideas for Halloween with you!

This year, I wanted to keep the décor fun and spooky. I didn’t want the decorations to upstage our exterior renovations, so I chose to keep the decor simple. I was actually going for a cutesy, farmhouse Halloween kinda vibe…but I’m not sure if I achieved that lol! Let me know if you think I did!

As you can see, I am a huge fan of skeletons, so I put them everywhere! Here are the skeletons that I ordered:

I even put a couple of these 5ft skeletons in my rocking chairs. And check out these spooky signs that they’re holding!

Another fun part of our décor are these cool-looking bats! They came with adhesive which made hanging them super easy. And they can be easily removed without causing any damage.

To accent my new front door, I decided to place two of these Nesting Block Set Pumpkins on each side of the door. And of course, I placed a couple of skeletons on top of each one!

Last but not least, I purchased this super cute wreath for the front door. It comes with orange and purple lights and it’s battery operated which is really convenient!
