Nothings screams, “Fall,” more than this Spiked Caramel Pumpkin Cold Brew! It’s the perfect blend of pumpkin spice and everything, nice!
Alright y’all, I have a confession to make…I have never been a fan of cold coffee!! *Gasps!* I know, crazy right?! I love, love, love coffee but I never understood the concept of cold coffee! I mean, I hated for my coffee to reach room temp so to drink a cold cup of coffee on purpose was seriously out of the question! Ain’t happenin! Lol!

This recipe was a cinch to make! I got a few tips from my girl, Ree Drummond from Pioneer Woman and made my own cold brew concentrate! Using regular brewed coffee and then storing it in the fridge, is okay but it won’t give you that smooth, rich coffee taste! To make this pumpkin cold brew concentrate, I added 1 cup of pumpkin flavored coffee to a large mason jar and covered it with 3 cups of cold water. I let it steep for about 8-10 hours. When it was done, I strained the coffee with a fine, mesh strainer to get rid of the coffee grinds. You can keep this cold brew in the fridge to use as needed!
