How would you like to take a relaxing vacation to a tropical, sandy beach…all inclusive…with all the food and drinks you could possibly want?? Doesn’t that sound like paradise?? Well, I may not have a free vacay to give you lol, but how about this Tropical Pineapple Coconut Cooler instead? It’ll make you feel like you’re miles away on a relaxing getaway!
So you guys should know by now that I love making cocktails! It’s actually something that my husband and I do together! We love to come up with creative recipes and test them out at our parties! For these Tropical Pineapple Coconut Coolers, I wanted to try something a little different!
We usually keep an assortment of Torani syrups on hand to add to our coffee. My favorite one to add to my coffee is the Torani Salted Caramel!
When I go to Publix, I usually stock up on this one until I discovered that Torani Syrups could create endless recipes! Torani is made with real, simple ingredients like pure cane sugar and natural flavors, and has a variety of flavors such as Salted Caramel, Hazelnut, French Vanilla, and Coconut! And guess what?! My new favorite Torani flavor is the coconut! I spotted this gem and just HAD to get it! The delicious coconut flavor paired perfectly with the pineapple and made a nice combination! This cocktail recipe was a cinch to make! I used fresh pineapple to add an element of freshness to the recipe! I love using fresh ingredients to really make the flavors stand out!
I added all of my ingredients to my blender and blended them until the mixture resembled a creamy smoothie texture! Now for the glass décor! This is an uber important step! (Did I really just say, uber??). Fun décor on the glass makes the drink more appealing and fun!
For these Tropical Pineapple Coconut Coolers, I wanted to add complimenting glass décor which included toasted coconut and small pineapple wedges! I dipped the rim of the glass in pineapple juice and then in the toasted coconut! After I poured the drinks into the glasses, I added a wedge of fresh pineapple on the side!
The toasted coconut really brought out the flavors of the Torani Coconut Syrup! Torani flavors are crafted to bring out the best in in any drink, and really make it your own! Sipping on these Tropical Pineapple Coconut Coolers really felt like I was on a mini vacay! I can’t wait to try more cocktail recipes with my Torani syrups! Tropical Pineapple Coconut Cooler
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Torani Coconut Syrup
- 1 tbsp Torani Vanilla Syrup
- 2 cups pineapple chopped
- ¼ cup coconut water
- 2.5 oz white rum
- ½ cup ice
- Optional: toasted coconut and pineapple wedges for garnish
Instructions
- Except for the rum, add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Add rum to blender and blend.
- Take a pineapple wedge and swirl around the rim of the glasses. Dip the rim of each glass in the toasted coconut.
- Pour drink into glasses and garnish with a pineapple wedge.
- Enjoy!
