Most of you guys know that I’m completely obsessed with popcorn! If you didn’t know that by now, allow me to re-introduce myself…I’m Andy, professional popcorn lover and chocolate expert! Lol!
Popcorn has always been my snack of choice! I enjoy adding different flavors and seeing how it turns out! A while back, I made this Garlic Popcorn that was AMAZING! I created this recipe for the premiere of my favorite show, Scandal, which is now a distant memory….I think I cried when they showed the very last episode!
Instead of savory popcorn, I wanted to create a sweet treat! I was inspired by the Harry & David Moose Munch! Thanks to my husband’s bestie, I usually get an armful of Moose Munch around the holidays!! Since the holidays are a few months away, I decided to make my own!
This Sunflower Chocolate Peanut Butter Popcorn was so easy to make! Once you’ve popped your popcorn, just melt some chocolate and peanut butter and drizzle it on top! For an extra crunch, I added a few sunflower seeds! Yumm!!
I am thinking about adding this Sunflower Chocolate Peanut Butter Popcorn recipe to our holiday party menu!
