How many of you are fans of kombucha?? I will be completely honest with you and tell you that it took me a while to get accustomed to that unique taste. Nowadays, I find it very refreshing especially when it’s mixed into a delicious cocktail such as this Cool Raspberry Lemon & Mint Kombucha Cocktail!
Cocktails are one of my favorite things to make because I love to combine different flavors to see what I come up with! I also love to add fresh fruit, herbs, and a serving of Torani syrups!
We usually keep an assortment of Torani syrups on hand to add to our coffee, but they have SEVERAL different flavors to choose from, including some yummy fruit flavors! So far, my favorite flavor is the Torani Raspberry Puremade Syrup!
I love Torani Puremade Syrups because they deliver amazing flavor with the ingredients you love! They contain NO artificial flavors, artificial colors, and artificial preservatives! And they are super easy to use and mix well to bring out the best flavors in your drinks!
Like most of my cocktails, this Cool Raspberry Lemon & Mint Kombucha Cocktail was super easy to make! I typically use a shaker when making my cocktails, but for this drink you are going to want to skip that step. Kombucha is very bubbly so if you shake it, it will explode everywhere, so I like to mix everything right in my serving glass!
I used fresh lemon, raspberries, and mint to add an element of freshness to this recipe! It really made the flavors stand out! Now for the fun part…glass décor! Fun décor on the glass makes the drink more appealing and fun! For these Kombucha cocktails, I added a fresh lemon slice and mint to the glass before pouring it. And for the finishing touch, I added a few raspberries to a wooden skewer and placed it in the drink! Cute, right?! ?

Cool Raspberry Lemon & Mint Kombucha Cocktail
- 1.5 oz gin
- 6 oz kombucha your favorite brand
- 2 tablespoons Torani Raspberry Puremade Syrup
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2-3 lemon slices
- Fresh mint
- Optional: raspberries, lemon slices, and mint for garnish
- In a serving glass, add gin, kombucha, Torani Raspberry Puremade Syrup, lemon juice, lemon slices, and mint.
- Stir until all ingredients are thoroughly combined. Add ice, and garnish if desired, and enjoy!
