Can you believe that the holiday season is upon us?! I feel like the beginning of the year went by extremely slow, but now things are moving super-fast! To help get ready for this fabulous holiday season, I decided to make a batch of this Spiked Slow Cooker Cranberry Orange Apple Cider.
Growing up, I was never a huge fan of apple cider because I thought that it tasted like warm apple juice, but this recipe has completely changed my mind! We literally made 3 batches of this stuff over the weekend because it was sooo good!

This Slow Cooker Cranberry Orange Apple Cider is very easy to put together and makes your house smell AMAZING!! You can choose to keep this drink kid-friendly or add in some bourbon for a tasty warm cocktail for the adults! Over the weekend, we ended up making a batch with and without the bourbon, so that the kids could have a taste.
Before we started making the cider, I headed over to Sprouts Farmers Market to pick up my ingredients. Sprouts always has a huge variety of some of my favorite pantry staples and lots of fun seasonal products and fall flavors.
I love stocking up on the unique and affordable products from the Bulk Department at Sprouts. Since I plan on making a ton of holiday recipes, I decided to stock up on the ground nutmeg and ground cinnamon. I also picked up some fresh oranges, cranberries, cinnamon sticks, cranberry juice, and apple cider.
