Meatballs are such a great addition to any meal, but only if they’re prepared the right way and paired with the right items. For this recipe, I made a delicious creamy ranch sauce for the meatballs and served them with a filling serving of Success® White Rice.

This One-Pot Creamy Ranch Meatballs & Rice dish was very easy to prepare, and you only need a few simple ingredients.

What You’ll Need:

·      Success White Rice

·      Frozen Meatballs

·      Ranch Seasoning

·      Sour Cream

·      Chicken Broth

·      Olive Oil

·      Salt & Pepper to taste

·      Parsley

Start by cooking two packs of Success White Rice, per the package instructions, and set aside. Heat a large skillet to medium-low heat. Add in a couple of tablespoons of olive oil, chicken broth, sour cream, and ranch seasoning. Stir to combine and continue to stir for about 5 minutes or until the sauce starts to simmer.

Add in the frozen meatballs and stir to coat. Continue to stir and cook for about 10-15 minutes, or until meatballs are heated through. Season with salt & pepper to taste.

Serve with rice and garnish with parsley. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 2 packs Success Boil-in-Bag White Rice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 packet Ranch seasoning
  • 32oz package frozen meatballs
  • Salt/pepper to taste
  • Parsley

Instructions

  • Cook two packs of Success White Rice, per the package instructions, and set aside.
  • Heat a large skillet to medium-low heat. Add in olive oil, chicken broth, sour cream, and ranch seasoning. Stir to combine and continue to stir for about 5 minutes or until the sauce starts to simmer.
  • Add in the frozen meatballs and stir to coat. Continue to stir and cook for about 10-15 minutes, or until meatballs are heated through. Season with salt & pepper to taste.
  • Serve with rice and garnish with parsley. Enjoy!
