How many servings of veggies do you eat a day? Come on, don’t be shy! You can be completely honest with me!
10-Day Veggie Challenge!! So what is this challenge all about? I created the 10-Day Veggie Challenge to challenge myself to incorporate 1 serving of veggies into EVERY meal: breakfast, lunch, and dinner for 10 days! This is not a vegan or vegetarian challenge, so I will be consuming very lean meat/seafood, as usual. I will be posting new recipes that are packed with veggies, that provide a ton of health benefits, to make this challenge fun!
Rules of the Challenge!
I would love for everyone to join me on this challenge! The rules are SUPER easy!
- Include 1 serving (1 cup) of veggies for EVERY meal! (Yes, this includes breakfast!) Try to use as many leafy green veggies as possible and limit starchy veggies. *FYI-a double cheeseburger with lettuce/tomato does NOT count as your veggie serving, nor does a plate of French fries! Let’s try to keep our veggie choices nutritious and beneficial to our bodies!

During this 10-Day Veggie Challenge, my hubby and I will also be jumpstarting our weight loss journey! I thoroughly enjoyed the holiday festivities and all of the yummy food, but it’s time to get back into our routine and work towards meeting our goals!
