My kids have been on a shrimp kick lately! They’ve been asking for it at almost every meal lol! And who could blame them. Shrimp is one of those foods that takes very little effort to work with. It’s tasty, and super versatile!
Because the kids are new shrimp-lovers, I’ve been making it my mission to keep a stash of Sprouts Fish Market Cooked frozen shrimp, already peeled and deveined of course, on hand for quick use! You guys already know that I am a huge fan of Sprouts Farmers Market! They have the best selection of organic ingredients, and an amazing selection of seafood! And it’s always so reasonably priced.

Putting together this One-Skillet Lemon Garlic Shrimp & Vegetables recipe was a breeze and it only took 25 minutes! I started by cooking my Sprouts Organic Peas, bell peppers, onions, and garlic in a large skillet until they were tender.
Then, I seasoned my thawed shrimp with a little Cajun seasoning and added it to the skillet with the veggies. I let everything cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, and voila! Dinner was done!

Why are you not showing the calorie
Hi! I just added it! Thanks!
Old Bay Seasoning (small metal tin, yellow and red) in your spice aisle works just as well. If you want more kick, add some ground or flake red pepper to taste. Probably one of the most low calorie meals you can make…. caloric count for veggies on bags, shrimp calories easily found. You up the calorie count by adding rice or pasta. Read the pkg for that too depending on how much you eat…
Andy, I just found your site and I love it. From your wonderful recipes like this one to your beautiful photographs, it is a winner. Thank you so much for producing such beautiful content. I can’t wait to make this shrimp dish.

Thanks so much for your kind words!!
I must try this; I never buy cooked shrimp but raw shrimp cooks so quickly I’ll bet it turns out good.
Definitely give it a try and let me know what you think!
What is Cajun spices? They don’t carry this in my area so I would have to make my own.
Hi! You can use Creole spice, or seasoned salt with a little bit of cayenne pepper and paprika.
You could also use Old Bay seasoning which I use when making shrimp scampi.
