As you already know by now, I’m a fan of quick and easy recipes. Especially when you have a house full of hungry boys constantly asking, “Is dinner ready yet?” When I’m short on time, I head to Sprouts Farmers Market to browse their selection of fresh seasoned salmon.
I love shopping at Sprouts because they always have everything that I need, and their fish market is the best! They have a great selection of fresh seafood, and lately I’ve been a fan of their fresh Lemon Garlic Salmon.
Because this salmon is already seasoned, I can cook it in minutes as soon as I get home. I usually pair my salmon with a serving of veggies but this time I decided to include it in this delicious Salmon Spinach Fettuccini with Creamy Feta & Garlic Sauce dish!

HOW TO MAKE CREAMY SALMON PASTA
• First, Cook the pasta: Cook the Sprouts Spinach Fettuccini Pasta according to package directions, or until done to al-dente. Drain, drizzle with a tiny bit of oil, and toss well. Set aside. Spinach pasta is a great way to add in a few extra nutrients and it helps to get in an extra serving of veggies.
• Cook the salmon: Heat the oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add in the salmon and cook for 3-5 minutes, then gently flip and cook for 3-4 minutes more, or until flaky. Set aside on a plate.
• Make the Creamy Sauce: To the same preheated skillet add garlic, cream, butter, fresh dill, chicken broth, feta, lemon juice, and sliced grape tomatoes. Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring continuously until a smooth sauce forms. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
• Put it all Together: Next, add cooked pasta to the sauce and cook for a couple of minutes more, just until heated through. Place the salmon on top of the noodles and drizzle some of the sauce on top. Garnish with fresh dill and serve immediately. Enjoy!
