What is Frosé?

Frosé (pronounced “fro-zay”) is the ultimate summer drink that’s taken the world by storm! It’s a delicious, refreshing frozen cocktail made from rosé wine blended with ice and often mixed with fruits like strawberries, watermelon, or tropical delights such as mango and pineapple. Think of it as an adult slushie that’s perfect for those hot summer days and backyard cookouts.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

  • Vodka – I recommend using a quality vodka for a smooth taste
  • Frozen mango – to create the perfect slushy consistency and fruity flavor
  • Frozen pineapple – to create the perfect slushy consistency and fruity flavor
  • Rosé wine – also known as pink or blush wine
  • Passion fruit juice – to add some additional sweetness and flavor
  • Lime juice – to add an element of freshness and zest
  • Ice cubes – to thicken up the slushy drink even more, if needed
  • Fresh mint – for garnish, if desired

Add all of the ingredients to a high-powered blender, and blend until smooth. If you prefer it slushier, add ice and blend again. If you prefer it thinner, add a bit more rosé and passion fruit juice. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

**Pro Tip:** If you have any leftovers, pop them in the freezer. Before serving, let them thaw briefly and give them another whirl in the blender, and you’re all set to enjoy.
