Like all of my drinks, I love to add an element of freshness to really bring out the flavor! For this Peachy Blackberry & Thyme Cocktail, I muddled fresh blackberries in a shaker to extract the juice. Then, I added fresh thyme, peach schnapps, vodka, and orange juice and gave it a good shake.

I served this Peachy Blackberry & Thyme Cocktail over ice and added a few Spring-inspired elements, such as fresh flowers, to make it pretty! I also added a skewer of fresh blackberries and thyme! I just love serving pretty cocktails to my guests because it’s such a fun ice-breaker and conversation piece!

Peachy Blackberry & Thyme Cocktail

Ingredients

  • ½ cup fresh blackberries
  • 1.5 oz peach schnapps
  • 1.5 oz vodka
  • 3 oz orange juice
  • 2-3 sprigs of fresh thyme

Instructions

  • Muddle blackberries in a shaker to extract the juice.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients to the shaker and shake to mix well.
  • Pour through a strainer and serve over ice.
  • Enjoy!
