How to Make Philly Cheesesteak Stuffed Shells
Preheat Your Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). This ensures that your oven is hot and ready to go as soon as your stuffed shells are assembled.
Cook the Pasta Shells: Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook the jumbo pasta shells according to the package instructions. Drain the water and let the shells cool slightly so they are easier to handle.
Sauté the Vegetables: Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the diced onions, bell peppers, and sliced mushrooms. Cook until the vegetables are slightly tender, which should take about 5-7 minutes.

Cook the Ground Beef: Add the ground beef to the skillet with the vegetables, breaking it up as it cooks. Once the beef is fully cooked, reduce the heat to low.
Season the Meat Mixture: Pour in ¾ cup of milk and add the Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and salt/pepper to taste. Stir everything together and let it cook for an additional 3-5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Assemble the Stuffed Shells: Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray. Stuff each pasta shell with the ground beef mixture and place them in the baking dish. Spoon any remaining meat mixture around the noodles.
Add the Cheese: Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the stuffed shells. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted and bubbly.
Serve and Enjoy: Remove the dish from the oven and serve the stuffed shells warm. Pair with a side salad or some garlic bread for a complete meal!
