What better way to welcome summer than with this Summer Citrus White Sangria! This refreshing cocktail is made with fresh ingredients, making this THE beverage for summer!
Okay y’all, summer is officially here!!! Yayyy!!! Can you feel my excitement?! Actually its been unofficially summer in the South for a few weeks now! Lol! Seriously, this weather is so fickle! You never know what to expect so it’s best to pack a sweater, gloves, umbrella, flip flops, and sunscreen…just to be on the safe side! Lol!
I’m thrilled that it’s summer! No, not because I get to strut around in a bikini (I’m still working on my beach body… )but because I get to partake in summery beverages such as this Summer Citrus White Sangria!
I’ve always been a fan of Sangria but it’s normally made with red wine, and depending on who makes it, it can either be a hit or miss with me. I’m not the biggest red wine drinker so I wanted to create a Sangria with white wine! I just LOVE white wine, all kinds!
My favorite white wine is Pinot Grigio which is what I used in this Summer Citrus White Sangria recipe! You can use any type of dry white wine you want! The true show stopper of this recipe is the fresh fruit! This combination of citrus fruit just screams summer and gives this sangria so much flavor!
Another important component to this Summer Citrus White Sangria is the white rum! That’s right, y’all there’s white wine AND rum in this concoction, so be sure to drink responsibly! It will definitely have you feeling good after 1 or 2 glasses! Lol!
After you’ve mixed all of your ingredients together, chill for a few minutes before serving and allow the fruit to really infuse into the Sangria! This is the perfect drink to serve at all of your summer gatherings or just a quiet, relaxing evening at home!

Summer Citrus White Sangria
- 1 bottle dry white wine 750 ml chilled
- 2 cups Lemonade chilled
- ½ cup Rum
- ¼ cup Simple syrup
- 3 Lemons sliced
- 3 Limes sliced
- 2 Oranges sliced
Slice fruit into slices and wedges. Add to a pitcher and set aside.
Add wine, lemonade, rum, and simple syrup to pitcher and stir.
Serve and Enjoy!
